Jordan Carter founded Trevale to continue the mission and preserve the legacy of American business owners through transition of day-to-day management and ownership. Jordan brings over 15 years of experience working collaboratively with CEOs and management teams to objectively evaluate complex situations and take decisive action – to enable American businesses endure over the long term.

Jordan is a Founding Partner at Search Investment Group (SIG) where he supports entrepreneurs and independent sponsors to source deals, conduct due diligence, and raise capital. Jordan is also the CEO of B&A Group, a government grant services and software company that he acquired through a self-funded search.

Jordan previously worked with former Secretary of the U.S. Navy, John F. Lehman, to build aerospace, defense, government services, and technology companies. Prior roles include Advisor to the CEO, Private Equity Portfolio Company Operations at Centerbridge Partners, Private Equity Investor at J.F. Lehman & Company, and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Centerview Partners.
